Sharon Savoy is the recipient of the “Best Global Female Dancer” Huading award, held in China, 2013.
Ms. Savoy trained at the prestigious George Balanchine School of American Ballet. After performing with several ballet companies, Ms. Savoy’s love of partnering led her to the ballroom world where she became a 3X world exhibition champion and 4X blackpool exhibition champion - the Wimbledon of ballroom dance. Ms. Savoy has also performed at the Kennedy Center, the Royal Albert Hall, the Sydney Olympics, The Palais du Bercy in Paris, all over Europe and Asia, and in Hollywood movies.

Ms. Savoy is the author of the ballroom industry’s first behind-the-scenes perspective. “Ballroom! Obsession and Passion Inside the World of Competitive Dance” National Book Launch at the Kennedy Center 2010 She was commissioned to write the biography of ballroom icon, Sam Sodano, A Passionate Journey, 2018.
